you asked, we answered
WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS?
Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! Fitted clothing is best for ballet and pilates classes due the nature of corrections being all centre around your alignment. Loose clothing is more than welcome for contemporary and commercial classes.
Private classical coaching students are required to wear full ballet attire (tights, leotard, split sole ballet shoes) and hair neatly tied back into a bun.
DO I NEED TO BUY DANCE SHOES?
Dance shoes (such as ballet shoes for ballet) are recommended however not required for adult classes, socks (preferably cotton) are more than suitable for ballet, contemporary & pilates. Runners/trainers or jazz shoes are perfect for our commercial jazz classes.
Private Classical Coaching students are required to have spilt sole ballet shoes (leather or canvas) and pointe shoes (if applicable).
DO I NEED TO WEAR HIGH HEELS TO THE HEELS CLASS?
No way! You can wear runners, boots, low heels or if you're up for it...stilettos*! The only no no's are wedges, platform heels or your fluffy slippers...save those for home!
*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the requirements of hired studios, only capped, dance specific stilettos may be worn. No street stilettos are to be worn as they cause significant damage to the floor. Street style thick heeled boots are acceptable.
WHERE IS DRSL COACHING LOCATED?

However, we are based in Prahran to Gardenvale area & often rent the local studios around there such as...Circle Studios Prahran & Canon Dance House.
